But the ds3 meta is sl120 so maybe stop at 40, or somewhere between 40 and 50. Yes 40 is the cap, but honestly around 30 or so in most souls games i feel like my limiting factor becomes more. Endurance is a stat in dark souls.

Denizen_of_dark 6 years ago #5. More stamina means you can dodge, block, run, or attack more before you need to wait for. Go to at least 30 vigor, but try to hit 40 (the first soft cap) endurance depends on your setup too much to give a good answer.
